A1 Wellness provides clinical and psychological counseling (individual, couple, and family therapy) alongside corporate business wellness solutions. 

• Not an Emercengy Line: This website and our scheduled services are not emergency crisis interventions. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or facing immediate harm, please contact your local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital emergency room.

2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

• Appointments: Sessions must be booked via our designated scheduling channel.
• Cancellation Policy: We enforce a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy to respect the time of our practitioners. Cancellations or modifications made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time may incur a full or partial session fee.
• No-Shows: Failing to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a charge for the full session fee.

3. Payments and Fees

• All fees for individual, couple, family, or business wellness services are outlined at the time of booking or via direct professional agreement.
• Payments must be settled prior to or immediately at the conclusion of the session, depending on the agreed-upon terms. We reserve the right to pause further sessions if outstanding balances are left unpaid.

4. Professional Relationship and Conduct

• Therapy is a collaborative process built on mutual respect. We reserve the right to terminate services or refuse bookings if a client exhibits abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward our practitioners or staff.
• For corporate business wellness tracks, the precise scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be governed by a separate, specific corporate service agreement signed alongside these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content found on www.a1wellnes.co—including logos, text, graphics, articles, and training materials—is the property of A1 Wellness and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain international standards of evidence-based care, the outcome of psychological therapy and organizational wellness programs depends heavily on individual and institutional participation. A1 Wellness, its practitioners, and its employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Site or services. 

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable local laws governing medical and professional wellness practices in our primary place of business operation in Egypt, United States, and United Kingdom.
